gpera Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

To register and maintain an active gpera account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis while your account remains open.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gpera does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals below this age, and providing false information regarding age is a serious violation that will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or be legally authorised to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your location.
• You may hold only one gpera account. Creating duplicate accounts for any purpose — including claiming multiple welcome bonuses, evading account restrictions, or circumventing responsible gaming limits — is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended.
• All personal information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Submitting false identification documents or misrepresenting your identity is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of gpera or any of its affiliated service providers.

The security of your gpera account is your personal responsibility. The following rules apply to all members without exception.

• You must never share your username, password, or one-time passcode (OTP) with any other person — including friends, family members, or anyone claiming to be a gpera support agent. gpera staff will never ask for your password.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your gpera account and avoid reusing passwords from other platforms.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact gpera support immediately and change your password without delay.
• gpera uses SSL/TLS encryption across the entire platform, but you are also responsible for maintaining the security of the device and network you use to access your account.
• Allowing another person to operate your gpera account, or operating an account on behalf of another person, is a violation of these Terms regardless of the reason.

gpera will never contact you via unsolicited messages asking for account credentials, payment details, or personal documents. Report suspicious communications to support@gpera.best immediately.

gpera accepts deposits in Philippine pesos (₱) only. All account balances and transactions are denominated in ₱ at all times. The following rules apply to all deposits made to a gpera account.

• The minimum deposit is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Check the Deposit and Withdrawal page for current limits.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing from accounts belonging to third parties — even family members — is not permitted.
• Accepted Philippine payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and eligible Visa/Mastercard bank cards.
• gpera does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may have their own fees. Check with your bank or e-wallet before initiating a transfer.
• Deposits made with funds derived from illegal activity will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities. gpera cooperates fully with anti-money laundering regulations.

gpera processes withdrawals of available account balances subject to the following conditions. Funds credited as bonuses may be subject to different withdrawal requirements as specified in Section 5.

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. You will be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID and proof of your Philippine address. This process is required by applicable regulations and protects all members from unauthorised withdrawals.
• Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. If a direct return is not possible, gpera will contact you to arrange an alternative within the same verified account name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal limits and processing times vary by payment method. Current limits are published on the Deposit and Withdrawal page.
• gpera reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect account compromise, pending transactions, or an unresolved investigation.
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within minutes to a few hours once approved. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.

gpera offers bonuses and promotions to eligible members from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the general Terms set out here as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each offer. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified time period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Accepting a new bonus before meeting the requirements of a current one will void the earlier bonus unless the offer terms specify otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Creating multiple accounts, using VPNs, or coordinating with other players to artificially generate qualifying activity constitutes bonus abuse and will result in disqualification from all promotions, forfeiture of bonus funds, and potential account closure.
• gpera reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Members who have already accepted a bonus and met the stated qualifying conditions will not be disadvantaged by retroactive changes.

gpera is committed to providing a fair and transparent environment for all members. The following conduct rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the player. Review every bet slip carefully before confirming, as confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• gpera reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on a manifest pricing error, a technical malfunction, or information that was publicly unavailable at the time the market was offered. Voided bets are returned to the player's available balance.
• The use of automated betting tools, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over gpera's systems or other players is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors for financial gain, or engage in any form of match-fixing or collusion is a criminal offence under Philippine law and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• gpera monitors all accounts for unusual betting patterns. Where irregular activity is identified, gpera may withhold payments pending investigation, restrict account functionality, or permanently close the account.

gpera game results are determined by certified systems. Past results do not influence future outcomes, and no betting strategy can guarantee a win. Players who believe a result is inaccurate may contact support with the relevant round or bet reference number.

gpera takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Gaming is intended for entertainment. These Terms require all members to engage with the platform in a responsible manner.

• Members must use gpera's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion — if gaming is beginning to affect their finances, personal relationships, work, or mental wellbeing.
• gpera may unilaterally apply account restrictions, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion where the platform identifies indicators of problem gambling behaviour. This is done to protect the player, not as a penalty.
• If you choose to self-exclude, gpera will take reasonable steps to prevent access to your account for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the stated period ends.
• You agree never to fund your gpera account using money borrowed for this purpose, money required for essential household expenses, or money held on behalf of another person.

gpera reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where a violation of these Terms is suspected or confirmed. Termination may occur without prior notice where the circumstances warrant immediate action.

• Grounds for immediate account suspension include — but are not limited to — identity fraud, underage gambling, bonus abuse, use of automated tools, money laundering, match-fixing, or any breach of applicable Philippine law.
• Where an account is closed for a Terms violation, gpera may withhold some or all funds in the account if the balance is reasonably believed to have been obtained through fraudulent means.
• You may close your gpera account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Remaining available balances will be returned to your verified payment method after all pending transactions are resolved.
• gpera's decision regarding account closure is final where it relates to fraud, safety, or regulatory compliance. For disputes related to game outcomes or payments, the complaints process outlined in Section 12 applies.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, gpera and its operators are not liable for losses or damages arising from circumstances outside the platform's reasonable control, including the following.

• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity — including losing wagers — are the sole responsibility of the member. gpera does not guarantee any return on bets placed.
• Temporary service interruptions, maintenance windows, or technical faults that prevent access to the platform. gpera will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practical.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or network infrastructure outside gpera's control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from the use of the gpera platform, including loss of profits or data.

gpera's aggregate liability to any individual member for any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the incident, except where Philippine law provides a mandatory higher standard of protection.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with gpera's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. The following points summarise gpera's primary data commitments.

• gpera collects personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification, transaction processing, and compliance with Philippine regulatory requirements including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).
• gpera does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors and identity verification services is limited to what is required for those specific functions.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data held by gpera, to request corrections, and to request deletion where legally permissible. Submit data requests to support@gpera.best.

gpera reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the following process applies.

• The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
• For significant changes affecting your account or rights, gpera will provide notice via the registered email address associated with your account or through an in-platform notification.
• Continued use of the gpera platform after the effective date of an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

We encourage all gpera members to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes, especially before making deposits or placing bets.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the gpera platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Philippines.

• Contact support first: Before initiating any formal complaint, please contact gpera support at support@gpera.best. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally through direct communication.
• If your concern is not resolved through direct support, you may submit a formal written complaint. gpera will respond to formal complaints within 10 business days.
• gpera's decisions on matters of platform integrity, account security, and Terms violations are final and binding where explicitly stated in these Terms.
